Dear Colleagues and friends,

Welcome to the 7^th International Tuebingen Symposium on Pediatric Solid Tumors. The Topic of this year’s event is “Pediatric Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS)”. Again, physicians and scientists from all over the world will come together in Tuebingen to discuss the most recent developments in this field.

Currently, activities of some of the leading international trial groups take place in order to coordinate further developments regarding management of STS. The steering committees of CWS, EpSSG, and COG will be assembled in Tuebingen directly before our Symposium. Consecutively, leading international experts on pediatric STS (Oncology, Surgery, Radiology, Pathology, Radio-Oncology, Biology) will be present at the 7^th Tuebingen Symposium. As always, the interdisciplinary character of our symposium will assure a comprehensive view on the most actual developments regarding pediatric STS. We strongly encourage your abstract submission for free paper or poster presentation in order to realize the traditionally versatile schedule as well as the well-known active and fruitful discussions during the symposium. We are thus looking forward to an exciting event of extraordinary scientific value.

As in previous years, we organized a social program, which will contribute to the characteristic and cordial atmosphere, for which our meeting has become well known over the years.
